Halle Berry is set to shave her head bald.
According to the sex icon, just like Britney Spears, she wants to shave off all her hair for a new film role; a romantic comedy entitled “Nappily Ever After”.
“I’m going to shave my head bald. I can’t believe it,” Berry enthused.
Berry will play a lady who decides to shave her hair off after it starts falling out. Her character must then learn to cope with people’s perceptions of her and the way in which her hair shaped who she was.
However, fans will have to wait for more than a year to see the bald beauty as the new draft for the film has just been completed.
Speaking of the role, Berry said: “I still struggle with this hair issue. I’m going to get the lesson on film, and hopefully other women will get it, too.”

Halle Berry has her kitty full of work ever since she bagged an Oscar for herself. She recently turned 40 and is out now to venture into the other avenues of film making and thus she took up producing.
She says,
“I’m producing a film project that stars Alicia Keys as a childhood pianist in the 1940s, but I don’t play in the film. I’m also producing a film called Class Act that I do play in. It’s based on the story of a teacher who wants to become an MP and who aks her students to write a letter to members of Congress to help her. It’s all about courage and having the will to want to change things.”

Halle Berry was seen shopping for children’s clothes a few days ago and according to her,
“That’s [kids] what I want most in the world: to be a good mother and do the best for my kids, even if I’m single. My mother raised us on her own and she did a really good job.”
But does that mean she is considering abortion if she is not pregnant?
“I don’t know whether I’ll have children of my own or whether I’ll adopt. I just want to be a mother, it’s what I want so badly, as a woman and as a human being…to give my life meaning.”
We wish you all the best woman!

Halle Berry has come a long way, and she looks more gorgeous than before and her skills as an actor have improved too. She has gone ahead to prove that skin color doesn’t matter if you are talented.
On being asked if she thinks she is an inspiration to young people, she said
I hope so! I know I have a real responsibility because I have had it tough and because I’m colored. My success gives a message of hope to young people and shows producers that a black woman can be bankable.
Of course it does Halle… hats off to you babe!

When you look at her glowing healthy face and that silhouette
body… you wouldnt have guessed that she is a diabetic.. I just came to know about that and I was shocked!
Now we all know that being a diabetic isn’t something to take easy. But Halle Berry was far from being tensed. She said,
When I found out I was diabetic I took it very seriously right from the start and I realised it was something I had to fight. I know I’m not allowed to eat just anything I like and I have to treat my body properly. I underwent a period of intensive treatment with daily insulin injections and luckily now I need much less treatment. I feel good and healthy. I want to say to all your readers that if you stay healthy and balanced you can handle diabetes.”
Thats the way to be girl! Hats off to the fighter in you!

If you havent yet checked the movie Perfect Stranger out… listen
to Halle’s preview of the movie… Im sure its enough to draw you to the theatres.
“There are dangers everywhere. In the beginning of the movie, a murder occurs. And somebody did it. Somebody among us. Somebody that you see on screen in this movie committed a murder. So, there’s danger everywhere you look, and you don’t know who did it, and so you don’t know if they’ll strike again. You don’t know when they’ll strike again. You don’t know who’s going to solve it, or even if it’s going to be solved. So, there’s an element of mystery and danger from beginning to end, I think till the very last scene of the movie, also pretty shocking. There are some moments we filmed that are pretty shocking. I read them on the pages one way, but we filmed them in a way that was surprisingly shocking to even those of us involved. You never know what’s going to happen when you turn the camera on, sometimes.”
Howzzat!

Halle Berry, is a goddess when it comes to looks and performances. The Academy Award seems to have enhanced her enthusiasm and caliber to an extent that every time she is on screen you very well know that she would surely set it ablaze.
On being asked as what attracted her to the role that she plays in her latest flick Perfect Strangers. She said,

“Well, I love a character that gives me a chance to grow and do something different. Ro was so multifaceted. I’ve never played a character who played a character, who played a character. That gave me a chance as an artist to sort of stretch my limits and challenge myself. When I read the movie and I got to the end I thought, “Wow, I don’t know how I’m going to pull this off and if I can, but I’m going to go down trying.”
Keep up the spirit babe! Thats the way to be!!!

SURPRISED???? Nope she aint going the
Britney way… though she looks wonderful with her shiny black lustrous locks and the sporty fringe she has now… unfortunately that wont last long as she would be shaving her head off.
Not many actresses would dare to do that at the age of 40 when they are conscious of their fading youth and beauty. But Halle Berry, confidence is thy second name. And thats what I called thorough professionalism.
“I’m going to shave my head bald. I can’t believe it,” she said.
Check out the picture, this is what she may look like with a bald pate… Still irresistably sexy I must confess.

Halle Berry has just turned 40 and she says she is more confident having hit that milestone, than ever before. And why not… I think she looks awesome in her new flick Perfect Stranger.
She revealed that “really magical” for the actress, because she had
“the right to say and be who I wanted to be, say what I wanted to say and not accept what I didn’t want to accept.”
“I felt more self-assured, more confident and I felt like half my life is probably over now and thus had the right to really be authentically who I want to be and say what I want to say, and not accept what didn’t feel right.”
Thats called aging with Grace… isn’t it?

Monster Ball is regarded to be Halle Berry’s best performances ever and that fetched her an Oscar in 2002.
The role was difficult to essay but there was one scene which was harder than any scene she enacted. The one in which she had to beat up young actor Dante Beze.
She says,
“That was harder than any scene…harder than the scene where I’m butt naked. He’s a real child and he has real issues with obesity and all the emotional baggage that goes along with that. I was worried that making this movie could really damage him - perhaps for the rest of his life.”
To prevent that
“Before (and after) every scene I’d hug him and kiss him. And what I’ve done since filming is stay in his life. I really want to be involved and keep in touch with him. He told me a lot of things about who he is and about the pain he keeps inside.”
She truly deserves another Oscar for that movie. What say folks?
