Not many actresses would dare to do that at the age of 40 when they are conscious of their fading youth and beauty. But Halle Berry, confidence is thy second name. And thats what I called thorough professionalism.

“I’m going to shave my head bald. I can’t believe it,” she said.

Whether she screeches or sings, there definitely are enough Halle Berry fans across the country to make it moderately successful because its her singing debut… but I hope that success doesn’t get to her head and makes her cut her second album soon after that

The survey was on who was the best in the best movie series of time ……James Bond .When it came to the man James Bond ,Sir Sean Connery took the first place followed by Roger Moore and on the third spot is my favourite….Pierce Brosnan . Now James Bond movies are nothing without the very talented and beautiful Bond woman . Ursula Andress (Honey Ryder..in the movie ) was placed 1st followed by Honor Blackman ( Pussy Galore) was placed second while our very own Halle Berry (Jinx Johnson) was placed third .

Halle came third…..ok anyway for us she was the best and will be …….don’t you all agree !!!!!!

It’s lovely to see our celebs get togther to fight for various causes . The whole Malibu protest has taken a new turn with many named Hollywood bigwigs joining the protest .

Former James Bond actor Pierce Brosnan and other celebrities gathered in the US yesterday to protest against plans for a natural gas facility 14 miles off the California coast.The supertalented and award winning actress Halle Berry was also among the many gathered there to protest.

“We have to use our voices and band together and stop this,” Oscar winner Halle Berry said.

It’s not really good to find your name entangled within other celebs brashy statements ….. unfortunately for Halle Berry she managed to find her name along with a long list of other actresses courtesy George Clooney.

Then statement was Clooney’s reaction to the various rumours linking him up with various actresses . George Clooney told a magazine that “”I want to spend every single night for three months going out with a different famous actress,” he said. “You know, Halle Berry one night, Salma Hayek the next…People would still buy the magazines, they’d still buy the pictures, but they would always go, ‘I don’t know if these guys were putting us on or not’.”

Well Halle hasn’t reacted to that …you ask me I think it’s good she didn’t coz no one will want unwanted controversies knocking their door .

Monster Ball is regarded to be Halle Berry’s best performances ever and that fetched her an Oscar in 2002.

The role was difficult to essay but there was one scene which was harder than any scene she enacted. The one in which she had to beat up young actor Dante Beze.

She says,

“That was harder than any scene…harder than the scene where I’m butt naked. He’s a real child and he has real issues with obesity and all the emotional baggage that goes along with that. I was worried that making this movie could really damage him - perhaps for the rest of his life.”

To prevent that

“Before (and after) every scene I’d hug him and kiss him. And what I’ve done since filming is stay in his life. I really want to be involved and keep in touch with him. He told me a lot of things about who he is and about the pain he keeps inside.”

She truly deserves another Oscar for that movie. What say folks?
