Finally Halle Berry has lived to her words and decided to adopt……………you all must be really excited na …………well the truth is that she did adopt but not a kid and definitely not from Africa …coz Halle has gone ahead and adopted a Kitten !!

According to a source , Hollywood beauty Halle Berry & , model Gabriel Aubry adopted a kitten from a Malibu pet store recently.

Well something better than nothing …………..right Halle !!

Older women and their younger boyfriends……wonder whats with this recent trend ..now please don’t give me those in love age doesn’t matter kinda excuses..talking of excuses Halle Berry seems to have a very nice one when it comes to her relation with her boyfriend who I must add is only 10 years YOUNGER than her !!

Oscar-winning Halle is having a ball with her frisky young model boyfriend Gabriel Aubrey.The pair met at a Versace photoshoot in November 2005 and twice-divorced Berry has confessed to feeling like a teenager again since they met.

“I have someone in my life who is putting a sparkle in my eye,” she has said. “We are only as old as we choose to be. So I’m still 19.”

Oh really HALLE …..must say that was so convenient but than the other way round if you are 19 don’t you think he’s a bit too old for you …oh! but ofcourse he might think that he’s 21…..right !!

Former James Bond actor Pierce Brosnan and other celebrities gathered in the US yesterday to protest against plans for a natural gas facility 14 miles off the California coast.The supertalented and award winning actress Halle Berry was also among the many gathered there to protest.

“We have to use our voices and band together and stop this,” Oscar winner Halle Berry said.

It’s not really good to find your name entangled within other celebs brashy statements ….. unfortunately for Halle Berry she managed to find her name along with a long list of other actresses courtesy George Clooney.

Then statement was Clooney’s reaction to the various rumours linking him up with various actresses . George Clooney told a magazine that “”I want to spend every single night for three months going out with a different famous actress,” he said. “You know, Halle Berry one night, Salma Hayek the next…People would still buy the magazines, they’d still buy the pictures, but they would always go, ‘I don’t know if these guys were putting us on or not’.”

Well Halle hasn’t reacted to that …you ask me I think it’s good she didn’t coz no one will want unwanted controversies knocking their door .

I just spoke about how the industry has now woken up against discrimination based on colour when it comes to roles for actresses. The entire entertainment industry has many such actors who have fought against discrimination in order to achieve success . To honour such achievements The Annual Black Awards was started.

The second year of these awards will take place tonight .The event, which honors the best of African-Americans working in cinema past and present, will have plenty of star power with Oprah Winfrey on board as a presenter .It is rumoured to believe that Super actress Halle Berry might pick up an award for herself at this event.

And we all believe that she surely desreves this……………so All The Best Halle !!!

Take Hollywood for example Halle Berry who is gonna play a white woman in her upcoming movie.Halle Berry has reportedly been cast in a new Dreamworks movie based on the life of Tierney Cahill, a white teacher. In Class Act, Berry will portray Cahill, the teacher from Reno, Nevada who was challenged by her sixth-grade students to run for Congress in the 2000. Cahill ended up losing her bid, but won 35 percent of the popular vote.

Producers have reportedly said they wanted to cast the best actress in the part, regardless of color. It’s great to see producers opening up their mindset….. in the war of talent vs features….talent always wins !

This talented actress has all it takes to be a successful artist…She is beautiful…graceful…humble…and has all the fame in the world…nothing is ever going to stop her from being the best among the best…this Oscar winner is sure to grab another award quite soon…

Yes I am talking about the annual black movie awards …this event which honors all the African-Americans who worked in cinema and who are presently working in cinema…all of them …with Oprah Winfrey who is on the board as a presenter…and all of should not be surprised if Tyler Perry makes an appearance…

Halle Berry is supposed to play a real character Tierney cahill - a sixth-grade teacher who lets her students convince her to run for Congress in 2000, but only if they’ll help her run her campaign.

“At first it was,’Too bad it can’t be Halle’,” explains Goldsmith-Thomas, who first learned of Class Act while making the upcoming Perfect Stranger with Berry. “And then it was, ‘Why can’t it be Halle?’”he adds,

When Tierney Cahill, who in reality is married to a black man and has biracial children, came to know that Halle Berry is going to play her on screen. She had just one word for it ‘FANTASTIC’.

Whoever thought an actor’s talent could be measured by his skin color!!!
