Berry’s maternal grandfather, Earl Ellsworth Hawkins, was born in Ohio. He eventually met Nellie Dicken and together birthed Halle’s mother, Judith Ann Hawkins. Hawkins, while working as a psychiatric nurse, eventually met Jerome J. Berry, an African American orderly in the same psychiatric ward. The two got married and Halle was born on August 14, 1966 in Cleveland. Her parents divorced when she was four .

Ursula Andress (Honey Ryder..in the movie ) was placed 1st followed by Honor Blackman ( Pussy Galore) was placed second while our very own Halle Berry (Jinx Johnson) was placed third .
